Express Coaches Update

I've released a minor update to my Maunsell express coaches:

• Improved glass texture and transparency.

• Green and red liveries now have a yellow stripe beneath the windows.

• A RWS-inspired 'chocolate biscuit' livery is also included.

• Brake coaches now have removable tail lamps - these are done as a load object.
